(c)Do five kindnesses without letting ANYONE know you've done them....
(d) Make amends for causing someone else pain. Apologize, send an "I'm sorry, letter," and make financial restitution, if necessary....
(e) Positively recognize 10 people each day for the next month. Tell your daughter you are glad that she is your daughter....Tell your husband he is the BEST!!![[and mean it!]...Tell your wife she is beautiful and you love her laugh [or something positive]....Smile at the clerk who is checking out YOUR groceries. {I know from doing this laborious type of work that you need ALL the encouragement you can get because people tend to be irritable when it comes to exchanging money and waiting on long lines.)
